# Interpreting Writing Scores

Speechace API evaluates writing along the 4 components defined by the [IELTS Writing Task 2](https://ielts.org/cdn/ielts-guides/ielts-writing-band-descriptors.pdf) criteria:

* Task Response
* Grammatical Range and Accuracy
* Lexical Resource
* Coherence and Cohesion
